May 2007: The roof was replaced last year, resolving the hail damage and fixing the leaks! Landscaping is complete - although there is always something to do.
Adding a drip line on the driveway side will improve footing going in out out of the arena. And believe it or not, we are trying (and succeeding to some extent) to grow grass and clover in the arena. ANY growth means less dust and better footing!
